The 2017 Chardonnay Platt Vineyard is one of the silkier, prettier wines in the range. Citrus peel, dried pear, dried flowers and apple are nicely laced together, with pretty saline notes that add freshness. Although the Platt tastes like the other wines in this lineup, it has a bit more kick, energy and class. That said, it should also be a materially more compelling wine. Drink: 2019-2024
