Terroir: The Bergerac Blanc Sec appellation is located in the south of the Dordogne region, all around the town of Bergerac. It covers the entire territory of Bergerac. The White Bergerac were recognized as Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée (AOC) in 1936.
Vinification: Selection of the best Sauvignon Gris, vinified in stainless steel vats. Dermal maceration. Alcoholic fermentation between 17 and 18 °. Temperature control. Maturing Aging on the lees for 2 to 4 months. Maturing in stainless steel tanks.
- Light yellow with green reflections.
- Aromas of exotic fruits and boxwood.
- Notes of minerality and a lemon. Long finish and round and balanced tannins.
This wine will be perfect with pizzas with cheeses and herbs, naans (Indian breads), seafood, smoked salmon, goat cheese and slightly roasted or grilled meats.
Serve at 10 to 12°C.

We use Canada Post for the majority of deliveries and a courier for those nearest our location. If you are not at home when Canada Post attempts delivery of your package, they will leave a note with the nearest pickup location. By law, we cannot ship outside of the province and packages delivered by Canada Post cannot be left on the doorstep. Orders for downtown Vancouver may arrive the same or next day depending on time of order. Order cut-off is generally 10am PST on a best-effort basis. We will contact you if we require more information to set up delivery.
