Located in Bergerac, southwestern France, this wine comes from a progressive cooperative that has 400 grape grower families. Cabernet Franc generally ripens earlier than Cabernet Sauvignon thus enabling plantings of this grape in cooler sites.
Red garnet colour in body and same on edge. There are aromas of Bing cherry, red currants and raspberries on the nose. Fresh red fruit on the palate with good acidity. A wonderful accompaniment to Rosemary chicken, pork tenderloin or duck breast dishes.
