The 2021 Palo Blanco has an expressive, clean and open nose reminiscent of flowers, herbs and a spicy twist. The wine is supple and fresh, with vibrant acidity and a long and salty finish. 12,000 bottles and 287 magnums produced. It was bottled in July 2022.
