Pinot Pinot Carbo Carbo! It's too fun not to repeat. My version of a rosé-ish style of wine. Inspired by it's namesake a few years ago expect heavy on the white this year. Ideal for summer sippin'.

70% Pinot Blanc and 30% Pinot Noir

aged in stainless steel

minimal sulphites added
