The Bianco Macerato Modus Bibendi by Elios is a white wine macerated on the skins coming from Alcamo and based on Grillo, Catarratto and Zibibbo grapes. It refines the fine lees in stainless steel vats for about 7 months and develops a full and balanced personality, where the Catarratto brings freshness, the Zibibbo the very intense aromatic component and the Grillo the structure and its wide complexity.
