Unexpected, a nimble powerhouse displaying both grace and joy, the 2016 Chardonnay is our dancing elephant. The other way – chardonnay fresh! Ripe apple/pineapple balanced by rich mouthfeel … Partial barrel ferment + 3 months oak aging. Dance … and dance some more.
VINTAGE NOTES:
Late spring, followed by a long summer. A smoking hot summer (almost too hot) got us a little antsy but then ... the winemakers dream fall -- warm days, cool nights, a dry October and early harvest. These ideal fall conditions allowed flavors to develop and catch up with the sugar development while acidity remained strong, yielding an fantastic, balanced and fresh Chardonnay.

We use Canada Post for the majority of deliveries and a courier for those nearest our location. If you are not at home when Canada Post attempts delivery of your package, they will leave a note with the nearest pickup location. By law, we cannot ship outside of the province and packages delivered by Canada Post cannot be left on the doorstep. Orders for downtown Vancouver may arrive the same or next day depending on time of order. Order cut-off is generally 10am PST on a best-effort basis. We will contact you if we require more information to set up delivery.
