"Pale yellow. Subtly aromatic bouquet of lemongrass, white flowers and woodsmoke. Dry, focused and pure, with the citrus and orchard fruit flavors highlighted by dusty minerals. The finish is refreshingly spicy and very persistent, calling for a dozen oysters.
