In 1931, Italian Francis Usseglio left Italy and went to Chateauneuf du Pape and after working for other producers started a winery with his sons in 1948. This CDP blanc is a-typical in style to the more classic versions. It is fresh, elegant and light on its feet. Although very much cellar worthy, this wine can be enjoyed today and will pair well with poultry, rabbit, white fish and an array of cheeses both soft and medium strength.
