"The 2014 Chablis 1er Cru Montée de Tonnerre has a respectable bouquet with lemon thyme and a touch of orange peel, nicely defined and shaking off its initial conservatism with aeration. The palate is well balanced with a sharp, quite racy entry. There is a keen thread of acidity here, nicely poised with a lively, penetrating finish that sticks one word into your head–seafood. Partner it well and you will be onto a winner."
