Mouth-watering banana and apricot aromas lead the bouquet. Subtle notes of white flower, baking spices and roasted hazelnuts are found with further inspection. A slight acidulous tip makes this wine irresistibly aromatic on the finish. The length and body will pair beautifully with pork, rich fish, spicy food, or poultry. Maturing on fine lees in vats to add richness, flavour and aroma complexity.
