This wine has a pure nose, with notes of white peach leaf and a little citrus twist. Later, as this citrus note evolves, there is also a delicately smoky, flinty edge coming through. The palate has great energy and weight with a lightly bitter core of citrus fruits. It culminates in a fresh and sappy finish, with more than just a little bite to it. A classic, lightly minerally style.
"100% Sauvignon Blanc. Dry and crisp with an enticing grassy quality on the nose. Pale straw in colour. On the palate it is focused and displays deep mineral undertones framed by pure fruit expression. An excellent wine that is extremely enjoyable."
