Domaine is made from 60% Grenache and 40% Syrah. Production is limited to 25 hectoliters per hectare. Vinified and matured in stainless steel tanks for 10 months, this wine has an intense red color and develops aromas of spices and morello cherries. It goes wonderfully well with red meats in sauce, game birds and grilled meats.
