From a monopole vineyard belonging to Clos de Saint Yves, on a blend of schist, sand and sandstone (gres), this mid-weight 2018 Clos St. Yves offers fresh apple fruit, a hint of florality and a touch of pastry, and conveys just enough plumpness on the palate before tightening up like a zipper on the finish. Moderate intensity and great precision.
