The 2015 Bourgogne Hautes Cotes de Nuits probably offers more "Pinoté" on the nose compared to the Bourgogne Rouge this year, a little more delineation. The palate is fresh on the entry with crunchy red cherry fruit mixed with raspberry and a touch of white pepper, well balanced with a harmonious and very satisfying finish. This is delicious and comes recommended. Drink: 2017-2022.
