The newest member of our Gewurztraminer family - "Au Naturel" spends 18 days on the skins which gives its characteristic "orange" hue. Fermented using only indigenous yeasts, this wine is made with minimal winemaking intervention. Limited quantities available, this is one for the collectors.
Tasting Notes: The use of whole clusters during ferment brought forth stunning aromas of rosewater & marmalade.
