Description
Are you ready for some natural BC wine? This time we have a single vineyard, hand-harvested Pinot Noir free of fungicides/herbicides/pesticides. Not only is this wine vegan-friendly, no acidification or chaptalisation was used - just grapes and their natural flavours. Of course, we would be forgetting that the must is fermented in 900kg batches for 10 days with wild yeasts. Unfiltered and unfined with low trace levels of sulfur. This is a small batch release so chances are, once these bottles sell out, we won't have any until next vintage year.
