Vineyard Notes
A dry, Provencale blend of 80% Pinot Blanc from Ann Sperling's organic vineyard in Kelowna with 20% Pinot Noir from Lanny Martiniuk's vineyard (Stoneboat) in the South Okanagan. The Pinot Noir had extended skin contact for optimal color and flavour extraction and was blended with the Pinot Blanc after fermentation.

Appearance
Pale, dusty rose, in the true spirit of Provem;ale Rose.

Aroma
Tangy strawberry rhubarb aromas invite exploration from the first sniff, leading to chalky notes with distant herbaceous undertones.

Palate
A delightfully refreshing dry rose with strawberry, pink grapefruit and crisp apple flavours. A distinct minerality reminisces of the wines of Provence, France.

Serving suggestions
Wonderful as an aperitif with a variety of canapes, this wine also pairs well with bouillabaisse, paella, shellfish or mac'n'cheese.
