Dry-ish is such a great name for Riesling. This, from Culmina’s R&D line (Research & Development + brothers Ron & Don Triggs fronting the label) embraces the concept, with a tight line of citrus acidity that draws the ripe pear, orange, yellow apple, lime through to a lip-smacking finish. The tight acidity is perfectly offset against the ripe, off-dry fruit on the mid-palate. This was sourced from the higher altitude Stan’s Bench on their Golden Mile Estate, proving that Riesling can excel in the warm southern Okanagan.”
