"A single vineyard Chardonnay from the Maresh Vineyard in the Dundee Hills AVA. Planted in 1983, this 108 clone is located at 850 feet and sustainably farmed. The site is ideal for Burgundian style Chardonnay. A striking golden straw color gives way to aromatics of white peaches, tart pineapple, mineral, slate and a touch of anise. Citrus tones of lemon and lime frame an austere front palate with striking acidity and fresh fruit while the warmth of subtle spice and lees influence an intense and sleek Chardonnay. The generous finish extends into a dynamic mixture of bright apple and honeycomb. Dundee Hills, 100% 108 Clone, barrel fermented, no new oak and aged 20 months on the lees, no stirring and only 47 cases made." - Tyson Crowley, Winemaker
