Cono Sur 2017 Single Vineyard Quebrada Alta Chardonnay 750ml

The 2017 Single Vineyard Chardonnay was produced with grapes from one of the coldest places in Casablanca—block 5 in the Quebrada Alta vineyard from the El Centinela estate, where they source many of their white wines. It's a varietal Chardonnay with a mellow palate, with acidity (no malolactic is done), some chalkiness and a touch of sweetness. It partly matured in oak barrels, with 80% of the volume completely unoaked, and has 4.5 grams of sugar.
