Conde Valdemar 2012 Rioja Reserva 750ml

It presents as brilliant ruby ​​red. Pronounced and complex nose. This dry red emphasizes the ripe fruit with balsamic touches and spicy notes, very balanced.  In the mouth it is very round, structured with a long and elegant finish. Especially suitable for homemade stews, roasted in the oven and on the grill, red meats, game or Iberian sausages.

VINEYARDS : Exclusively from own vineyard within the DOCa Rioja.
VARIETIES : 85% Tempranillo, 10% Graciano and 5% Garnacha.
GRADE : 13.5% Vol.
AGING : 27 months in American (65%) and French (35%) oak barrels.
ACIDITY : 5.7 g / l (tartaric) HARVEST
