This charming white is a blend of the varieties: Trebbiano, Passerina, and Pecorino. Vines are planted in the hilly territories of the Ascoli Piceno province, approximately 300 metres above sea level. This is a youthful, refreshing unoaked white. It exhibits notes of honeysuckle, lychee, peach, almond skin, white flowers and prominent minerality. The weight of this wine makes it suitable for a variety of dishes including: spicy shrimp, prosciutto, sashimi and grilled chicken. Its fruity nature, however means it is also delicious on its own.
