The wine begins with aromas of citrus fruits, caramel and coconut. The texture is full. The flavours are complex, with herbal and citrus notes and hints of wet stone and sea salt on the finish.

A bit of a chameleon, this white starts out soft and finishes with some zip and grip. Peach, apple pie, butterscotch and oak spice flavors mesh nicely, supported by the bright acidity. Fruit, spice and butterscotch elements converge on the lingering finish.
