The 2003 Potensac is a tribute to just how good wine can be in top vintages. These old vines give lovely concentration. Decant for at least an hour for full expression; cherries, leather, baking spice, vanilla bean and a little bit of forest floor. Plush, medium-bodied palate and a long, silky finish. Pair with boeuf Bourguignon or rib steak.
