Château Paul Mas presents a delicious blend of 40% Vermentino, 30% Roussanne, 20% Grenache, and 10% Viognier from the Belluguette vineyard. Grapes are fermented in oak for a month, followed by half undergoing malolactic to add smoothness. The final juices age in French and American oak to add spiced vanilla notes. Exotic aromas of melon, pineapple and bread give way to a fruity palate. Flavours of mango, peach, and apple with hints of spice. Pair with white meats, chicken salad, or seafood.
