The 2017 Chablis La Côte aux Prêtres bursts with scents of waxy citrus rind, smoke, crushed shells and green apples. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, satiny and fleshy, with incisive acids that cut like a knife and a long, penetrating finish.
