100% Pinot Noir from biodynamically farmed estate vineyards in the Aube. Kimmeridgian soils. Mostly from the 2017 vintage with a little bit of reserve wines started since 2001. Fermented in neutral oak, bottled and aged sur latte for 20 months. Very minimal sulfur added. Amazing elegance and depth of flavors.
