This cuvee is made up of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir reserve wines. On the nose, aromas of apple, lemon zest, brioche, chalk, and saline. On the palate, lots of upfront fruit, followed by thyme, minerality, and chiselled acidity. Good length and depth on the finish. Highly recommended! Dosage is 9-10 g/L, 20,000 bottles per year produced.
