Description
Grown in granite soil facing South and South East, the low yield (32 Hl / ha) makes this a rare and unique wine. Clear with complex aromas of violet and apricot. Very smooth, round, with mild acidity, and great persistence on the palate. A splendid wine as an aperitif and on cream dishes, mushrooms, and dumplings. Drink chilled at around 12 degrees C.
