The grapes were harvested from elevated bushvine 400+ meters above sea level. After pressing, only the clear juices were fermented before resting on lees for three months. The result is a floral and fruity Chardonnay with bright acidity and a crisp, refreshing finish. This is a versatile white that you can pair with entrees, fish, and white meat.
