Description
Located in the small village of El Tambo near San Fernando, Casa Silva was originally founded by Emilio Bouchon of Bordeaux in 1982. In recent years, Mario Silva and winemaker Mario Geisse have raised the quality of the winery to the point where Casa Silva is now the most awarded Chilean winery of the 21st century. The Coleccion Chardonnay has an attractive nose of tropical fruit with hints of butter. On the palate, this wine is refreshing, crisp, and without oak and malolactic fermentation. Pair with baked salmon, steamed mussels w/ garlic, sea bass, and fresh salads. Great with soft white cheeses.

We use Canada Post for the majority of deliveries and a courier for those nearest our location. If you are not at home when Canada Post attempts delivery of your package, they will leave a note with the nearest pickup location. By law, we cannot ship outside of the province and packages delivered by Canada Post cannot be left on the doorstep. Orders for downtown Vancouver may arrive the same or next day depending on time of order. Order cut-off is generally 10am PST on a best-effort basis. We will contact you if we require more information to set up delivery.
