Grapes are totally destemmed before pressing, and the juice is fermented on skins for 28 days. Extremely ripe and complex with dark berries, hints of baking spice, and chocolate. On the dry and fruity palate, this wine is medium-bodied and with fine tannins. Very pleasant on the finish, with persistent notes of jam, and well-balanced oak. Quinta das Setencostas represents the best of what the Alenquer Region has to offer.
