We are pleased to introduce this treat from the wide open plains of Alentejo, where the climate is similar to California's continental regions. This dry wine contains a blend of Syrah and indigenous grapes Trincadeira and Aragonez. After a long maceration, the wine sees 6 months in French oak. On the nose, ripe red fruit combined with well-balanced oak nuances give way to a full-bodied palate, elegant tannins, and a lasting finish. Best paired with game, bean and sausage stews, and anything grilled.
