Description
The Bove winery, one of the oldest of the Abruzzi, was founded in 1930 with an area of 30 hectares. Since 1960 the company has undergone constant renovations and now has a modern system for high-tech bottling. Bright and brilliant ruby red color. Aromas of berries, cherries, ripe and elegant with slightly spicy nuances. Great balance between the softness of the tannins and the fragrance of the fruit. Ripe cherry and blackcurrant, well supported by the alcohol content, give way to the typical licorice finish.
Pairings: Savory first courses and aged cheeses. Ideal for those who love to drink a modern Montepulciano.
