This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon gem was made from hand-picked grapes picked in early to mid April. Just under half this wine was oaked in oak barrels for up to 6 months.
Described as intense and delicate, with aromas of red and black fruits such as prunes, blackberries, and blueberries, complimented by a pleasant touch of toast. On the palate, this wine is well-rounded with good balance and persistence. Drink with red meats, well-seasoned dishes, stews, and cheeses.
