Bruno Colin 2017 Chassagne Montrachet "Les Chaumes" 1er Cru 750ml

There is still a whiff of unabsorbed sulfur present and it's enough to push the smoky white orchard fruit and soft floral aromas to the background. The sleeker and more vibrant middle weight flavors possess a caressing mouth feel while exhibiting better length on the moderately complex finale. I like the balance and if given a few years of bottle age I expect that the overall depth will improve as well.
