The 2017 Chablis Homme Mort 1er Cru, taken from Rousseau barrels, has a slightly richer, tropical tinged bouquet than the other Brocard Premier Cru, still well defined with scents of blood orange and citrus peel. The palate is well balanced with a crisp line of acidity, bright and lively with a dash of spice towards the persistent and classically styled finish. Good potential.
