Brancaia 2020 No. 2 Cabernet Toscana 750ml

Made with certified organic fruit, the Brancaia 2020 Maremma Toscana N. 2 is a pure expression of Cabernet Sauvignon that is fermented with ambient yeasts and aged in a combination of new and neutral tonneaux for 12 months. Grapes come from a site with medium-rich soils at a breezy 250 to 450 meters in elevation. This accessible 40,000-bottle production shows beautiful color saturation and rich darkness. Aromas embrace dark fruit and pressed blackberry with spicy oak. This medium to full-bodied red would work nicely across from a grilled pork chop marinated in rosemary and garlic.
