Traditional, with de-stemming followed by temperature-controlled fermentation at around 28°C. A few pumping-over operations in order to extract the color and aromas gently. The grapes are kept in vats for more than a month, giving this wine the delicious combination of finesse and power.
The bouquet is complex and generous with notes of blackcurrant and spices.
It is rich and dynamic with lovely flavors of black fruit and sweet spices with a very long finish.
