This wine is a blend of Verdejo (which makes wines that are aromatic, soft, and fuller-bodied), and Macabeo, a popular grape also used in Cava. Another name for Macabeo is Ugni Blanc. These grapes were picked at night in order to preserve freshness and prevent browning/oxidation.
Expect intense aromas of pure apricot and pear with white flower. This wine is crisp, fresh, and slightly herbaceous, with a pleasing soft finish. Ideal to serve alongside fish, rice, and light pasta with vegetables. Serve very chilled.
