BARREL-FERMENTED WHITE
Grape Varieties: Viura 40%, Malvasía 25%,Chardonnay 7%,Sauvignon 7%, Turruntes 5%,Garnacha 4%,Verdejo 4%,Tempranillo B 4% and Maturana 4%.
COLOUR: Clean, transparent lemon yellow with delicate turquoise cobalt highlights, becoming a warmer, soft yellow towards the rim. Clean and bright. Good tears, fluid and dense.
NOSE: Very intense before swirling; with a gentle memory of toast; this disappears as you swirl, giving way to stone fruit – peach, apricot etc. Aromatic intensity increases, with white flowers and citrus over a background of bakery aromas.
PALATE: Fresh and aromatic, marked by the necessary acidity. Silky, fatty, voluminous, tasty. Very friendly on the palate, marked by a tropical background of pineapple. Ripe viura blends well with the oak, providing a highly complex flavour.
The wine has a permanent, intense and warm finish. Provides abundant mouth watering, faintly saline, very flavoursome, with sweet and savoury tones at the same time.

If you are not at home when Canada Post attempts delivery of your package, they will leave a note with the nearest pickup location. By law, we cannot ship outside of the province and packages delivered by Canada Post cannot be left on the doorstep. Orders for downtown Vancouver may arrive the same or next day depending on time of order. Order cut-off is generally 10am PST on a best-effort basis. We will contact you if we require more information to set up delivery.
