Description
On the nose, it is powerful in aromas of ripe blackberries and black plums, with mineral notes reminiscent of graphite, also balsamic and spicy notes.
In the mouth the entry is fresh, soft, unctuous; with good acidity balance, follow by mature fruit tannins that give it breadth and persistence on the palate.
Ideal with red meat, game, cheese.
