Guava, pineapple, and melon with green grass, tomato leaf and lemon on the bouquet. The tropical fruits are delicate on the palate, however the grassy characteristics sing, backed up by the lemon notes. The mouthfeel is creamy and full due to 10% of the wine being fermented in new French Oak barrels, however the acid is bracing and refreshing, with crisp lemon lingering through the finish. This wine will pair well with seafood and creamy white sauce dishes.
