This delicate wine opens up with gorgeous lemon, chamomile and pear aromas that almost float out of the glass. The first sip reveals more Okanagan stone fruit character with lemon notes that carry through. Its lovely acidity and floral characteristics make it a lovely pairing for seafood dishes and also perfect on its own.
