100% Cabernet Franc from Osoyoos. This small-batch, bright and refreshing Pet Nat was pressed gently with minimal skin contact, leaving a white juice we call Blanc de Franc. Fine bubbles and a blast of lemon zest followed by white grapefruit and fuji apple make it a perfect "Vin de Soif" for all occasions. Vinified for preserved freshness.
