
This year's vintage is a pale salmon colour with fresh pops of huckleberry and alpine strawberry. It is bone-dry and refreshing and made with low-intervention winemaking methods. It's low in alcohol and low in residual sugar. This vintage is particularly savoury in nature and exhibits a fresh, lip-smacking acidity that pairs well with food, such as salade Nicoise, prawn ceviche, or enjoy it poolside with a bowl of salty snacks. We also suggest opening it while you are cooking and deciding what to drink later. And while you are there, add half a glass to the clams.
