Description
Chablis is considered one of the world’s most recognized quality wines. The Defaix's Chablis is made using 100% Chardonnay grapes from various parcels and vines of varying age. This is a lively white with crisp acidity and an intense mineral component (think white sea shell). On the palate there is a hint of richness here and this wine will benefit from a few years of cellar time. This wine is an ideal pairing for crab, shellfish (oyster, prawn, muscle) but compliments soft goat cheese and an array of lighter weight dishes (salads, light pastas).

We ship with Canada Post ExpressPost or Priority within British Columbia only. If you are not at home when Canada Post attempts delivery of your package, you will receive a door hanger to notify you that your package can be picked up at the postal outlet indicated on the card. Unfortunately, we are not legally allowed to ship outside of the province and packages delivered by Canada Post cannot be left on the doorstep. Packages must be received by a recipient over 19 years of age.
