The grapes come from select vineyards throughout Central California and the North Coast where warm days and cool nights ensure proper ripening.
Delicious aromas of vanilla, ripe red fruit, and spice. On the palate, more fruit-forward flavours, subtle tannins, and a touch of oak. Pleasant lasting finish with hints of brown spice. Aged in French oak for three to four months. We recommend bringing a red and a white wine to your next dinner to complement the wide array of flavours.
