Description
VINEYARDS: Are scattered throughout the region of Naoussa at an altitude 150 – 600m and the the vines are between 5 – 20 y.o. All are certified organic and biodynamic practices are being applied.
SOILS: Limestone based with granite and schist sub-soil.
CLIMATE: Warm Continental climate with hot summers and mild to cold winters. The constant breeze from the mountains in addition with the altitude play a crucial role in the ripening process of the grapes. Hail storms and wild boars are the main hazards during the growing season.
VINIFICATION: Harvest starts on the 19th of September to the 10th of October. Maceration lasts for 18 days and fermentation occurred with indigenous yeasts and was completed after 1-2 months.
OAK MATURATION: 6 months in 100% used French oak barrels.
TASTING PROFILE: Aromas of fresh black and red fruits with elegant herbaceous characteristics. On the palate is dry with refreshing acidity and round tannic structure. The aftertaste is long and complex.

If you are not at home when Canada Post attempts delivery of your package, they will leave a note with the nearest pickup location. By law, we cannot ship outside of the province and packages delivered by Canada Post cannot be left on the doorstep. Orders for downtown Vancouver may arrive the same or next day depending on time of order. Order cut-off is generally 10am PST on a best-effort basis. We will contact you if we require more information to set up delivery.
